This stately timber framed pool pavilion stands proud at the Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek, Georgia.
Eastern white pine and cypress timbers frame a spacious shaded pool pavilion. Families can enjoy the restaurant bar while spending the day relaxing at the club. A view of the tennis courts provides another form of entertainment, along with the custom framed televisions.
The king and queen post trusses frame the roof with three large dormer entrances providing quick access to the pool's edge. The open airy space created by the timber frame's design allow cooling breezes to flow through and an unobstructed view of the water.
We built the bar cabinets and wooden frames for TVs to suspend from roof trusses.
The timber frame encloses a small building used for preparing food and concessions.
